I'm going on a vampire kick. Watched daybreakers, underworld, and the vampire diaries series. I want to read some great plotted vampire stories, for mature readers. I do like romance/erotic, but I want there to be a plot, not only sex! I tried the Anne rice novels, but I want more romance. I do like werewolf stories as well. Actually, anything supernatural. Any suggestions for my kindle??

You're getting close to Twilight, but you asked for "great plotted vampire stories for mature readers", and Twilight is NOT one of those.
I have one suggestion, and I think it sounds perfect for you, generally:
Let Me In, by John Ajvide Lindqvist (originally published in Sweden, and under the title "Let the Right One In," this is a lot more than just a vampire story. It's a dark, violent, unique type of love story, with an underlying sense of young innocence. It's really an adult book considering how graphic and violent it is, and the atmosphere is eerie and strange, but it's an awesome book! Believe it or not, the movie "Let Me In", to me, is just as good as the book, even though it's a lot different, so i would suggest watching that on its own, not comparing to the book.
The central story is the love between the two characters and their struggles to be together, in spite of the fact that one of them is a vampire, so it sounds like something you'd like! Plus the story beyond that is complex, deep, and just amazing.)

I'd recommend Jessicaâs Guide to Dating on the Dark Side. They gave you an insight into where the story was sometimes heading. The quote in the front of the book to show you was âJust remember, girls: The young male vampire is a predator by nature. Some boys may look at you not only as a romantic interest, but as prey...â It was just like she was reading a text book â it wasnât cheesy at all. I also fell in love with the characters. Lucius is gorgeous â He pretends to be a school exchange student so he can go to the same school as Jessica to continue to court her, and is tall, muscular, has dark hair and wears thick European boots, a long cloak, is incredibly rich and is ROYAL. He defends Jessicaâs âhonourâ at school, ready to actually kill a person if they talk down to her, and gets extremely jealous when she goes out with an ordinary boy. Itâs really cute, and you get to see what he actually thinks about things since he writes letters to his family in Romania, which gives you more of an insight to his character. A great book if you love Vampire romances! (But be prepared to feel heartbroken at times! Some things donât always work out...)
