Justine
but NOT children's books...
thanks
Answer
I was going to say Harry Potter, lol. But really, I wouldn't consider it a children's book at all. It deals with mature topics and it very complex and deep, far beyond a child's understanding.

What are some popular authors of books in the 1990s? (Teenage books)?
Chris <3's
Books refering to teenagers and how life and how did the author and his or her books influence the generation (1990s in this case)
Answer
I read A LOT of R.L. Stine back in the 1990's. Not the Goosebump series, I read those in elementary school, but the books he put out for young adults, horror books.
I can't say his books ever affected my life though.
I do remember reading a bunch of books by Lurlene McDaniel books as well. Those were very touching books always dealing with a physical abnormality in a person, such as cancer for example. Those books definitely left a lasting impression on me, I learned about diseases people could have.
Don't Die My Love, i think was one of the saddest ones I read, and I cried when I reached the end of that book.
