The greatest book would be about something that could keep your intention and make you see what your reading in your head as if it's real.
The greatest movie would be a horror movie that could make any scared no matter how many times they watch it and would be entertaining enough to watch it over and over again.

I was given an assignment to read a book of my choice and watch the movie and write an analysis comparing the book with the movie.
Any suggestions?
Please don't say: Twilight or Harry Potter... >> that would just be predictable + not so much of a fan of them.. :)

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief.
The book was really fun to read. Then the movie came out - it wasn't exactly awful, but it didn't include necessary plot devices for the sequel either, so it was a bit of a disappointment.
