Can I access the books I downloaded from the kindle store on two different devices without buying them twice?

I have books downloaded from the kindle bookstore on my Ipad. Would I be able to access those books if I signed into my account on kindle on an android? would it sync to to both devices? I had recently orderd an android phone but it has not arrived so I can not check for myself if my books I downloaded on my Ipad would also be on my phone.

there is no need for you to do so.
if you want to read the kindle books you bought in your Ipad, just copy and paste your books then transfer them to the Ipad. that is ok.
but you know kindle has a special format so you need to convert the format to the apple devices supported format.

For the books that I downloaded in iBooks already how can I make them audible?

I had two apps already to help me read articles and a lot of other things but it doesn't help me read my ibooks. I like to have my books read aloud as I'm doing other things such as work or driving. I have books downloaded already in my iBooks, So I don't want to purchase them again through the audible app. Is there an app that I could download that will read the books that I have in the iBook library?

Probably not.

The book publishers consider an audio book another edition, so want paid for the privilege of hearing their books, and with that there are no apps to read them.
