I'm taking a trip to Vancouver soon and was wondering where I can get a copy of the Entertainment Book? It is too late to order online because it won't be delivered for another few weeks and I would love to save as much as I can on this trip.

Q. I bought his new book from Indigo (quite entertaining what he say's about his former rivals and allies) in Vancouver and I would want it to be autographed.

Does anyone know whether he is doing any autograph sessions in Vancouver?
