Answer
Check out this site http://ireaderreview.com/2008/01/18/getting-project-gutenberg-books-on-your-kindle/ which explains how to download books from Project Gutenberg to your Kindle.

If you look on this site http://manybooks.net/ you will find some of the books available at Gutenberg here. When you click on a book, you may choose the format for a download of the book. The fourth format on the list is Kindle.

Also, from Amazon's web site about the Kindle: "Kindle makes it easy to take your personal documents with you, eliminating the need to print. Each Kindle has a unique and customizable e-mail address. You can set your unique email address on your Manage Your Kindle page. This allows you and your approved contacts to e-mail Word, PDF documents, and pictures wirelessly to your Kindle for a small per document fee--currently only 10¢ per document. Kindle supports wireless delivery of unprotected Microsoft Word, PDF, HTML, TXT, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PRC and MOBI files."

That being the case, you could go to Gutenberg on your computer, download a book or books to a Word document and then for 10 cents, transfer it to your Kindle. Since it costs (as little as it is), though, I'd recommend trying what that site says first.

What was the first full-sized book Gutenberg printed?

Q. The Prince
the Bible
Romeo and Juliet
Utopia

Answer
From your list it would be the Bible.
In actuality, scholars are not absolutely, 100% sure, the Bible would have been the very first complete book printed by Gutenberg and his partner Fust.
