any more good books like these?

Alaska

I just finished the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs
and I love the romance under tones of it, similar to those of Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris, and the Vampire academy series by Rachelle Mead.

Are there any more really good series, or single books that have those "sexy" moments. hahaha,

or just general romance like those?

Answer
I definitely have to recommend the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward. It's about sexy vampire warriors. ;) The books are all in third person and follow a couple of characters, but for the most part, each book follows one Brother's happily ever after.

- The series starts with Dark Lover -
In the shadows of the night in Caldwell, New York, there's a deadly turf war going on between vampires and their slayers. There also exists a secret band of brothers like no other - six vampire warriors, defenders of their race. Among them, none relishes killing their enemies more than Wrath, the leader of the Black Dagger Brotherhood...
The only purebred vampire left on the planet, Wrath has a score to settle with the slayers who murdered his parents centuries ago. But when one of his most trusted fighters is killed - orphaning a half-breed daughter unaware of her heritage or her fate - Wrath must usher the beautiful female into the world of the undeadâ¦
Racked by a restlessness in her body that wasn't there before, Beth Randall is helpless against the dangerously sexy man who comes to her at night with shadows in his eyes. His tales of brotherhood and blood frighten her. But his touch ignites a dawning hunger that threatens to consume them bothâ¦
Also in the series (in correct reading order):
*Lover Eternal
*Lover Awakened (â¥)
*Lover Revealed (â¥)
*Lover Unbound (â¥)
*Lover Enshrined
*Lover Avenged
*Lover Mine
*Lover Unleashed (â¥)
*TBA - coming next spring :)

If you like this series, you may also be interested in reading the Fallen Angels series (also by J.R. Ward). It's set in the same time/world as the BDB and even has cameos of the Brothers in it! :D I didn't begin reading Covet - book 1 - until after I'd read Lover Avenged (Rehv's book - #7) and it took me a while to get into it. But as soon as I'd finished, I couldn't wait to dig into Crave. Since it's a spin-off, you don't necessarily have to read the BDB to be able to read the Fallen Angels series. I just think you'd probably get more out of it if you read the BDB first because some of the side characters from BDB make an appearance. Also, the story starts later in the BDB (like I said, I started reading Covet after Rehv's book). It just makes more sense, at least to me. lol

- Covet - book 1 of the Fallen Angels series -
Redemption isn't a word Jim Heron knows much about -- his specialty is revenge, and to him, sin is all relative. But everything changes when he becomes a fallen angel, and is charged with saving the souls of seven people from the Seven Deadly Sins. And failure is not an option.
Vin DiPietro long ago sold his soul to his business, and he's good with that-until fate intervenes in the form of a tough-talking, Harley-riding, self-professed savior. And then he meets a woman who will make him question his destiny, his sanity, and his heart - and he has to work with a fallen angel to win her over and redeem his own soul.
Also in the series:
*Crave
*Envy - coming this fall
