If you want things from the Apple store, it's all about Installous (http://apptrackr.org)
If you want the best sources with cracked Cydia apps (as opposed to App Store apps), open Cydia, go to the Manage tab, Sources, Edit, Add:
http://sinfuliphonerepo.com/
http://apt.xsellize.com/
Those two combined will give you basically any Cydia modification or Cydia app that you will ever want. xsellize also has some cracked themes.
A close third is http://Cydia.myrepospace.com/HackStor/
but the myrepospace repos that I have added give me errors sometimes
You're not going to find good games on Cydia... the good ones are on the App store... and the best of those are almost always found on apptrackr
I highly discourage adding "all sources" with steffwiz, as the other commenter said! It will bog down your Cydia incredibly as it will need to load a ton of crappy stuff you don't want anyway, and some of those sources it adds will also give you errors which will drive you crazy and it's annoying to get rid of it (not very simple to do it)

Search, Gmail, Buzz, Reader, Docs, Tasks, Calendar, GOOGLE VOICE, Books, 411, YouTube all in one app.
To get it for free, open Cydia, go to Manage, Sources, Edit, Add:
