The 2000s are almost over, what did you think of this decade?

I must say the 2000s were not as good as it could have been (in terms of world events) But it turned out ok I guess.
Are you looking forward to the 10s? I love that name the 10s lol

economy was bad but it was not the first time it got messed up

The 2000's started off as a let down and never got better.

First Y2K fizzled. Don't know about you but I was really looking forward to the chaos they'd predicted.

Then 9/11 came and blew international politics apart, and led to a couple wars that dominated the news. And can't forget the economic depression.

The next decade should be better. I'll be having the first book of a series published in 2010, so that will be a good start.

They were a mess in nearly everyway. Politically
they were very tense with lots of bickering. Neither party
could get it together and resolve issues.The 9 11
attacks, two wars have sapped us. We here of genocide,
threatening diseases ect. everyday. Education continues
to slip.
genocide ect. regularly.
Various economic problems around the world
put many out of work and continue to this day.
They didn't even produce a defining pop culture.
TV became crap, new music didn't really catch on as
most listen to older stuff, the movies were all hyped
and terrible (Avatar). Books were ok but not great.
