Books involving the paranormal and an old family home and has history and a love story?

I am looking for book titles. I am very interested in romance centered around an old haunted family home (mansions, etc) A wonderful back story combined with the present day. I love to read and am desperate for a good book that has a little bit of all that I wrote above. I am also interested in mystery with all the above as well. Doesnt have to be a love story.
