is it possible to make our memory super strong so that we can easily memorise any book in details with minimum time ? How we can achieve such memory status ?

I don't think that's possible. Each one of us has different memorizing abilities. some have photographic memories, most don't, some can memorize after reading the page/book 3 times, others can do it on the first read. -supernatural people- are born not made. Sorry if that's a disappointment to you.
