Answer
I doubt that you'll get two answers that completely agree, but I'd pick VI (Odysseus returns to the real world and meets Nausicaa), IX (the Cyclops incident), XI (the visit to the Underworld), XXII (the battle in the hall--definitely the climax), and either XXI (the events leading up to that battle, culminating in the stringing and shooting of the bow) or XXIII (Odysseus' reunion with Penelope).

who is Philoetius in the book the Odyessy?

a :]

in Homers book the Odyessy, who is Philoetius and where in the book does come to play?

...like, what book in the novel does he appear?

Answer
PHILOETIUS

FILOITIOS

The celebrated cowherd of Odysseus, who is frequently mentioned in the Odyssey (xx. 24, 185, 254, xxi. 240, 388, xxii. 359.).

When Odysseus returns, Philoetius, along with Telemachus and Eumaeus, works with Odysseus to kill the suitors in Odysseus' palace.
