I teach a mildly autistic kid, who has trouble with abstract thinking and visualizations. I need a 4-6th grade vocabulary book that has lots of visuals (pictures), or maybe even a free / paid online site that will help with vocabulary words, complete with pictures / animations.

TL;DR = 4-6th Grade Vocabulary book that has lots of pictures to go with the words.

Answer
I think you might benefit from several websites that are 'free' to help you with your student(s) who need the visualization in order to make the vocabulary connection.

learn4good.com; vocabularycartoons.com; proteacher.net; internet4classrooms; and here is one that I have found was WONDERFUL - even for my reading students who need the extra help. This website is so great - that even my nephew and niece (5 and 6 ) use it.

roythezebra.com - This gentleman is British however, he has managed to combine sounds, patterns, stories and games that any student who has a remote amount of skill on the computer can use at home and at school Please try it yourself. I would be happy to hear from you on your progress. Please see my email address if you wish to share.

What's a good book for a 6th grade book report?

I have a little sister, and she has a book report due after Spring Break. She asked me to help her pick a book. She's in 6th grade, but is a good reader. She want's a mystery, and it has to be at least 100 pages long.

Answer
try Nancy Springer's Enola Holmes mystery--the first one would be a good place to start. Or Cuthbert Soup's A Whole Nother Story.
