I've heard it is such a great book & a lot of people i know have read it or are reading it. What makes this book/series so great?

The Twilight book is about a 17 year old girl, Bella Swan, who goes to visit her father (Charlie Swan) in Forks, Washington. While she's there at her school she notices 5 kids sitting alone so pale and beautiful. Eventually she falls in love with one of them ,Edward Cullen, he has reddish hair, pale skin, and inhuman beauty. There is another thing that Bella doesn't know though, he is a vampire who was born in 1901. Luckily though his family is rare and unique, they don't feed on people but rather animals. They fall in love and one evening they cross another clan of 3 vampires and one of them wants hunt Bella and feed on her. So Edward's family helps her escape the clutches of the ravenous vampire, James.
The Twilight series goes in thee order as so: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse. (They are also coming out with a 4th Breaking Dawn, comes out August 2 2008,) and they're coming out with Edwards version of Twilight. Plus they are coming out with movies for the series, Twilight the movie comes out 12.12.08. The series is so good because it's all about a girl falling in love with a vampire who is gorgeous, strong, fast, and hundreds of years old but his appearence remains the same. The two of them encounter other vampires, werewolves, strong powered family of vampires, and there love alone. What more could you want the book is awesome, I've read it about 3 times already. IT'S AWESOME!!!!!
