best way to start off a zombie Apocalypse book?

i am doing a book for school and i want to do a zombie Apocalypse type book and i need sum tips on how to start it off i already know what i am going t right but i on't know what to say in the beginning.

it's kinda hard without you saying what it is you know you are going to write about since you already know.. the beginning has to go with the rest.

I'm such a nerd ball latley- and have taken a liking to the zombie apocalypse and how to survive it... so badly I'm consindering writing a book. What do you think, just along those lines?

Well I've been watching zombie movies since I was little and played a lot of zombie games so reading a book about zombies would be cool.
