James Patterson writes books for a living. He is not giving books away for free. If you want free books, use the public library.
Any "free" book is stolen property.

Are the James Patterson books suitable for an 11 year old?

Most of James Patterson's books aren't suitable for an 11 year old but an 11 year old might enjoy the "Maximum Ride" books.
"Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment", "Maximum Ride: School's Out-Forever" and "Maximum Ride: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports" are the titles.
This is what James Patterson writes about the books on his website,
"Ages 8 on up seem to connect with Maximum Ride. And when I say, "on up" I mean to like 108.
Seriously, it's kind of like a regular Patterson novel in terms of plot and characters and all that stuff, only I took pains not to include any scenes or language that wouldn't be appropriate for my own 9-year-old son. (Who was 6 at the time I wrote the first book.)"
