Hitler's Willing Executioners by Daniel Goldblum.

An excellent book about how anti-semitism took hold in Germany and how ordinary Germans became conspirators to the mass murder.

To understand how the Holocaust happened, you have to understand how people came to embrace anti-semitism and the rise of Hitler.
