My friend told me this is a great book so I started reading it but I think its really boring. If I tell her I hate it then she will get mad at me. Can someone give me a summary of it so I can tell her I read it?

Different people have different tastes and it is part of growing up to realise this and not get mad if someone disagrres with you - why not just tell her that you didn't like it.
if you must lie and pretend that you have read it - these should help a bit - but she is bound to ask a question like - what about the bit where...... you will find it hard to pretend - just be honest and say you didn't like it

Could you tell me the names,or even better,provide me some pics/maps of the volcanoes of Iceland mentioned in the great book by Jules Verne?
