Tomorrow for Read Across America Day, I got chosen to read to 6th graders. What books would you say they like? I wanted to read The Hunger Games to them, but my teacher said it was too mature for them. Thanks!

I read Wind in The Willows by Kenneth Grahame when I was that age, and it is still one of my favorite books 30 years later.
