Hi,
So I was wondering I want to create an app with x code and ive read some books and stuff and I am a total beginer. I have no experience with app making or coding but I would like to try and I was wondering how much it would cost. I heard there are annual fees and some licenses and stuff but I just want to know.

First of all, Xcode is not a programming language. Xcode is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that can be used with many languages, but is primarily for Objective-C, C, and C++. If you want to make a game for Mac (OS X) or iPod/iPhone/iPad (iOS), then you'll want to use Xcode because you'll have to write a game for those platforms in Objective-C. A good book for Objective-C (and C) is Objective-C Programming by Aaron Hillegass. I hope this helps.
