best books download sites for free image
Is there any websites that you can download free audio books that don't give you viruses and you dont have to give a credit card number ?

The only books that are free legally are those that are in the public domain. I've posted the links to a few major sites below. Your local public library may have audio books available on loan.
Giving details about downloading anything else is most likely a violation of Yahoo!'s TOS. Suffice it to say that there are blogs and forums out there that discuss such things. There are a few very active forums that are pretty good with links to virus free downloads. Honor among thieves so to speak.

Where can i order a free book on buddhism?

I'm interested in Buddhism & I want to order a book on it online but i can't seem to find any sites that offer a free book or booklet. I've seen many people order free christian bibles online free of charge delivered right to their doors. I don't want an online book or ebook download, I want a physical book I can read at home free of charge and I've heard It's possible to obtain one but I haven't found a site yet.
Any help would be great!

It is Theravadan Buddhism, and the book is entitled, "Mindfulness in Plain English".
The introductory chapters explain what Buddhism is, better than any other book I have read during my years as a practicing Buddhist (I practice Tibetan Buddhism, because the teacher in my city is a Tibetan monk).
Understand that Buddhism is NOT a belief system. It is something you do .. it takes dedication and persistence, and often 3-8 years of daily discipline before you even start to get somewhere with it. But oh, even that small start is such a huge difference.
This book explains what Buddhism is and is not, what meditation is and is not, and gives very thorough instruction on how to meditate, which is the primary technique that Buddhists use.
