What is a great inspirational book for young women to read?

My best friend and I both in our early 20's (21 & 22 yrs old) are looking for a book to both read and then discuss. We would like a book for women and that is also inspirational. Basically a book that has an impact that you actually get something out of reading it.

I was asked what would a great book be for a woman who is about twenty years old who thinks her lower region is different and ugly. She wants to feel more secure and lift her self-esteem. Books are most enjoyable for her so thank you for other advice, I would just appreciate a title that you heard of or something you read that you liked. Thank you much.

You will never find a better book than Our Bodies, Ourselves: A New Edition for a New Era by the Boston Women's Health Book Collective. She will keep it and refer to it for the rest of her life.
