How crowded will Vancouver be during the Paralympics this March?

My wife and I were thinking of traveling to Vancouver this March. We had forgotten that the Olympics would be there in February and the Paralympics in March. There don't seem to be as many events in the Winter version of the Paralympics. Does anybody know if huge crowds are still expected in Vancouver throughout March?

Lately my kids are inters ted balloon twisting, I want to known where in Vancouver could I find a good balloon twisting service for my kids. Sure my family is in Vancouver.

There is/was some kind of circus school or program, maybe at St Georges School in the summer.
They have lots of odd summer camps, anyway.

There's also, or was, a big summer program down by the planetarium with book readings by Munsch, activities etc. etc.
