I want to know about delivery charges of furnitures when I booked through online.Do prices include delivery charges? If no, how much does delivery cost deducted in online booking in UK?

I wanted to buy the UK book version of these books, because I liked the UK covers more then the US. Is it possible to get a book in UK cover here in USA?
