I am looking for a good chapter book to read to my 6 year old son at night. I am tired of reading the same books over and over to him and would like to do a chapter book. He will be 6 in April and starts first grade in August. Thanks.

I am planning to read the first Harry Potter book to my 6 year old son. He is skeptical because there aren't any pictures. So I thought I would give him a picture book, or an illustrated Harry Potter "encyclopedia" or guide to look at whiile I read him the book. But I just can't find any. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found some coloring pages on Harry Potter. You could read him the book while he colors.
