It would be a great comic book if someone like Allan Moore could write it.
Staring two well known fictional icons. In one corner we have the man of steel who can leap tall buildings, is faster then a speeding bullet, pretty much indestructible.
Verses a man who claims to be the son of God, can walk on water and turn it into wine. Apparently he is very intelligent, so he maybe able to out think Superman, like Batman did.
So, who do you think would win in this epic battle and should there be a comic book version of this story.

i am looking for help making a comic book or a series of books?

i have designed some cartoon characters and think that they would make a great comic book or just a series of books. the problem is that my art skills only go so far. i would need help putting them in different poses. i also need someone who can help put the stories together. i have lots of ideas its just hard to put them on paper the way i want to.

I'd recommend two books by Scott McCloud. Understanding Comics (originally published in 1993) and Making Comics (published in 2006). They both go into great detail and to deep depths about comic book storytelling. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone that wants to start making their own comics. These books will open your mind to a world of thoughts that you'd never even think about.
Also, if you aren't a very good drawer, then you're kind of screwed because comic books require amazing drawing ability. Even when you see an obscure alternative comic with what looks like bad artwork, take notice of the way they still manage to convey the expressions and postures of the characters and how they draw all the details of the background and capture the mood of the scene and really get the story across.
If ideas are you stronger suit, try just being a writer. Try finding someone else that can draw and you can be a writer/artist team. I think there is a website called digitalwebbing.com that has a section for writers seeking artists and artists seeking writers and so on. Look into that.
