Well, I'm not sure which format you're supposed to use. I'm only familiar with apa and mla but not chicago. I'm guessing from the lower case for the words following the first word of the title you're using apa.
So here's the format for the works cited for apa:
Author, A. A. (Year of publication). Title of work: Capital letter also for subtitle.
Location: Publisher.
Make sure the title is in italics
"Location" is always list the city and the state using the two letter postal abbreviation without periods (New York, NY).

How long does it take for a hard cover book in japan to go softcover.?

For example, Murakami's 1Q84 came out hard cover almost half a year ago but its still not out in soft cover. How long does it usually take?
